From their website: Higher Love will be an ephemeral, massive art installation in downtown Manhattan. It will be unveiled on the main street of our favorite neighborhood in New York at dawn on Valentine's Day, Saturday February 14th 2009.
I'm going to go ahead and say, this "art exhibition" is a conglomeration of stoners smoking purple and pink hearted blunts which will eventually culminate into a Bob Marley sing-a-long to Turn Your Lights Down Low. Just a guess.
