Try This! (Or Don't)
I found this treadmill workout in a health blog - I think it's from Shape magazine - it's supposed to be really good for legs and the badunkadunk (S you do not need to do this).
ANYWAY I tried it at the gym today and it is SUICIDE. Suicide. Let me tell you. I simultaneously recommend it and do not recommend it. I'm still kind of dizzy from it and my face was soooo red. But yeah you should try it - have fun on the 8.0 incline!!
Also, I'd like to point out that I'm eating a doughnut as I type this. (A munchkin but still).
